Includes
  • Sometimes areas such as retaining walls, or on a water front, have deliberately paced rock that is effectively very large gravel. Includes rocks  > 10cm

  • A sandstone path through a garden if the rock shapes are a "natural" style (e.g. various shapes of stepping stones), rather than a carefully laid path.

  • Rocky outcrops in areas such as national parks, parks and beaches.

Excludes
  • Any surface that is natural soft, concrete or asphalt.
