We are continuing to investigate the issue with our ArcGIS online services. We have implemented a fix that has restored service to customers accessing our content via ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Online. If you have any issues accessing our service via these applications please first try restarting the application. For customers using ArcGIS Portal or Non standard integrations we encourage you to please reach out to Nearmap support for assistance in restoring access to our imagery. Esri's ArcGIS Online have transitioned to utilizing TLS 1.2 only on April 16 2019, and some clients/versions will experience a disruption of service if they do not follow the steps described in Esri's TLS_Guidance.
