• Uprooted trees
• Broken/downed branches
• Piles of green waste (for example, during the gardening process)
• Piles of leaf litter and dropped branches on roofs
• Burnt leftovers of trees that are no longer standing

• Unmaintained gardens - if plants are still growing, they aren't debris, unless they are damaged
• Vegetation no longer attached to a growing plant rooted in soil
• Burnt trees that are still standing
• Scattered leaves are excluded unless the leaves either form a continuous carpet on the ground or a pile. Foe example, the ground is visible half the time through the leaves.
